Our oil is hand picked and pressed within 24 hours of harvesting in the Fall. Our olives produce a distinct and delicious spiciness that comes from the beneficial “polyphenols”, powerful cancer fighting compounds.
Our red wine is picked and pressed in early Fall, our SanGiovese grapes are local to our area. Currently we cooperate with local vintners who purchase our grapes to produce a Rosso Toscano of high quality.
