Olio Extra Vergine di Olivia - First Cold Press | Extra Virgin Olive Oil Harvested each Fall from the 1000 olive trees on our properties. Our oil is hand picked and pressed within 24 hours of harvesting. Our olives produce a distinct and delicious spiciness that comes from the beneficial “polyphenols”, powerful cancer fighting compounds.
Coppiole Rosso Toscano - Our Sangiovese grapes are harvested and pressed in early Fall. As of 2022, with the help of a local vintner, we have now produced a Rosso Toscano and named it "Coppiole" after our first vineyard which is located at Podere Le Coppiole. It is produced from 100% sangiovese grape and aged in oak barrels for nine months. Produced in Italy, organic (biologico).
